Difficult Citizenship cases #5 – disorganization

Today’s video is video #5 in a series of 5 videos that talk about some of the most difficult cases for citizenship by investment that we have had and how we were able to have a positive outcome for the client.

Some of the most difficult cases we have are when a client is completely disorganized or constantly traveling and never in the same spot for a period of time. There is a lot of paperwork involved in doing citizenship. We try to streamline and facilitate the process as much as possible but you will need to sign certain documents and provide personalized information which we cannot do for you. We try to organize mobile notaries, doctors appointments, FBI/police clearance report and everything for you. We can coordinate with in house counsel if you have one. Most people hate doing paperwork and find it a hassle. If you are someone who drags your feet and needs an extra push to complete things we can do this for you. In one case we had permission to call this man’s mother for him to follow up and nag him to do it. It actually worked and he completed everything.

We recommend trying to complete everything all at once instead of dragging everything over long periods of time.
