1. Identification. Complete copy of passport and the Residence Card (N.I.E).
2. Birth Certificate (Legalize and translated).
3. NBI (Certificado de antecedentes penales de su pais) (legalize and translated).
4. Fee (Justificante del pago de la tasa).
5. Modelo de solicitud ( Solicitud de Nacionalidad Española por Residencia) (Parainmigrantes.info)
6. Cencus ( Certificado de Empadronamiento).
7. Diplomas del Instituto Cervantes (Examenes.Cervantes.Es)

8. Marriage contract (if married).
9. Birth certificate of your children ( if you have ).

1. Contrato de Trabajo
2. Vida Laboral

  1. Thanks for these tips. How to find a job there or kailangan bumisita muna? Pwede ba maghanag ng work habang bumibisita? Do I need to speak Spanish for initial work? What is job outlook like in Spain? Is there age discrimination like in the Philippines? What are best cities for a career-oriented person– Madrid or Barcelona? I know I like Valencia more but are there jobs there, too? I've done lots of research and Spain has the highest unemployment rate in the world. Can you provide any helpful links?

  2. After two years and applying for citizenship, how long does it take to actually get the citizenship? I've heard stories of people having to wait 2-3 years more because there is so much backlog.

    What about residency? How hard is it to get residency? From what I've read, you need a legitimate job offer which is difficult to acquire as the Spanish economy isn't as strong compared to the German or French economy.

    Now, Is it better to take tourist visa first then search/land a job whilst im already there or. Is there any other way/route to take po?

Estudyante po ako NGAYON sa Pilipinas and balak ko po maging spanish citizen any tip po, Ang alam ko po kase is kung sa Spain po ako magaral ng college ko, ndi po counted yun sa 2 years na need bago maging citizen. And pwede po ba dun sa proof about dun sa mga bayarin sa bahay kung halimbawa pong nangungupahan lang po kayo sa apartment?

  7. Hi ask ko lang yong diploma ba na natanggap ko from university where I took my spanish course considered ba yan, I mean nag exam na ako doon and I got passed, kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ulit ng exam? If so, saan? Or ito na yon mismo ang DELE ko? Thank you.
