St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment: An Interview

St. Kitts and Nevis has the prestige of being the oldest CBI program in the world. St. Kitts citizenship by investment is considered “the platinum brand” by some, offering access to two tax-free Caribbean islands and a passport with visa-free access to the UK, Europe, Russia, and Latin America.

Here is a deep dive into St.Kitts and Nevis program with Mr. Les Khan, the CEO of the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU)

  1. Portugal seems to be the easiest EU country to travel to.However,I am Nigerian and speak fluent English how is the language barrier"clause" in Portugal..? I'd like to know cos I intend to travel to Europe, live and work there too.

  2. It's nice to hear about the program from an actual official! Would love to see more of these sorts of interviews in the future. I'm very much looking forward to when I'm able to become a citizen of one of these countries; I prefer their approach to governance and int'l politics over that of my own (US). Plus small countries don't much bother you, or anyone else for that matter. Seem to keep themselves. Thanks Andrew!

  3. Another nice thing about St Kitts and the other members of OECS: citizens can move between the countries and stay and work in any of them indefinitely. So getting citizenship with one permits you to live in any of the others. Checks out “OECS freedom of movement”

  4. Thanks for this great interview. Really answers some pressing questions I’ve had as well as provides some reassurance regarding where the Kittian officials stand with regard to the ECB shenanigans.

  5. It irritates me everytime you keep saying "St Kitts passport", it's "St Kitts and Nevis passport"….. it's a twin island but one federation"

    Also "it's Kit-tish-ans" and "Nee-vish-ans" thank you.

  6. only caveat to this is the transferring of money to St. Kitts. As I come from a country that does not allow telephonic transfer to overseas, we had to use a third party. Tried from Dubai, Singapore and Malaysia, and it bounced back every single time. So keep that in mind.

Note: We didn't apply through Nomad. But I wish we had an agent who would have shared this knowledge.

  7. Hi Andrew,

I loved your videos. I have a question about the exit tax. Does it apply only to non-liquid assets or do they tax the money in your bank accounts as well? I have lived abroad since 2017. I no longer have physical assets in America I just keep all my funds in American based banks. I'm 100% liquid and have already paid income tax on everything I have earned thus far. So that's the only thing that worries me if I choose to renounce citizenship. Kind Regards

  8. Did you know that St. Kitts and Nevis allows you change your name without giving a reason, except "I got bored and want a new name". I couldn't listen to the whole video, but this is something for Andrew to add to his pitch, if it didn't do it.

  9. White people trying to flee there countries now and take their racist systematic and covert mindsets to black countries. This must be stopped they must not be allowed to go to very countries they view as, "shithole" countries.

  10. Didn't Roger Ver also successfully get a Japanese citizenship too after he renounced his US citizenship? Could've sworn I heard that detail on an earlier interview of his.
