  1. eh, no one here really liked this scheme except those who directly could benefit of it. I have rather strong doubts as to ill intentions of those people. The program was popular enough, no need to risk shady business. Never the less if you do certain jobs you need to speak to certain people in the language they understand and loose time, resources, get discouraged. Offer one can't refuse. Simple 'no' could put you into trouble. Did they actually obtain the passport?
