  3. Paraguay, Ecuador and Costa Rica sound like good places for young people who are starting and are also pretty frontier which appeals to them. Coincidence? I think not. I think they are looking to make it easy for the people that are drown to more frontier places which would be young people that normally aren't as rich as older folks. They're doing a good job!

  5. I don't know about Costa Rica. I got a buddy in San Juan, he says it's locked down tighter than NYC. They're shooting ppl that they catch out after curfew.
    Tyrannical shithole if you ask him. He's looking to dip out ASAP.
