The Cheapest Second Passport For Sale

How can you find out what is the cheapest second passport? Game rules of citizenship programs keep changing due to growing interest in them and it’s hard to keep track.

Economic citizenship i.e. citizenship by investment allows you to get a second passport in a matter of months by investing or donating your money to a certain country.

As of recently, one Caribbean country is entering the fray as a cheap citizenship by investment program.

Up until 2017, Dominica was the one that dominated the scene thanks to the fact that you only needed to invest $100,000 and become a citizen in a matter of months.

Unfortunately, Andrew can witness firsthand that getting second citizenship in Dominica is much easier said than done since there are numerous bureaucratic hoops to jump through.

However, St.Lucia might be the latest answer to the question where to find the cheapest second passport.

This island in Eastern Caribbean changed the rules that will apply to anyone wanting their citizenship.

Before, you had to have proof that you’re a multi-millionaire to even be taken into account, but the tables have turned.

Now, St. Lucia citizenship will require a mere $100,000 donation – the same as nearby Dominica – to become an economic citizen in a matter of four months.

Not only that but the government announced to make the entire process of applying for their economic citizenship much easier on the applicants, which is a more than a welcome perk.

Nothing is still set in stone when it comes to St. Lucia’s citizenship by investment, but if they deliver on their promises, they will definitely be the country that has the cheapest second passport.

Would you apply to get St. Lucian passport? It certainly sounds like a lucrative plan B, and having one in these quickly-changing times is a very smart move.

Share your knowledge on cheap second passports and tell us, can you think of St. Lucia as your home away from home?

  1. the cheapest passport ive seen is the Philippines
    950 pesos
    (19 us dollars)

    lol

    but seriously
i was born in usa and necome a naturalized filipino!

my wedding , permanent resident visa 13a, medical, fees for blood exams x ray etc , consulate letter claiming single,
acr card etc etc totaled just about 400 dollars

the citizenship : petition the court , osg, immigration clearance, police record, publication local and national newspaper
    etc was about 700

so for about 1100 dollars i became a filipino !

i can now vote, own land in my name, run for mayor or governor , own a gun

and of course , dont have to do annual report anymore or renew acr card

much better life here than those expensive and dangerous caribbean islands
(and yes , ive visited many )

i like malaysia but citizenship is almost impossible to get and filipinos are not racist
(175 languages and all shades of colors of the rainbow)
not saying malaysians are but i feel more comfortable here

easier to integrate into filipino society as a white person

and singapore is nice too BUT you will NEVER own land or even a small house just too bloody $$$

  2. Is it an "investment" or "donation"? In other words… Can I get the money back? If I invest through a bank in said country or in some business in said country can I after getting citizenship withdraw such money?

  3. No Passport is worth $100k , if you are willing to pay that much you might as well buy some property and take up "Residency" then wait the time limit. Personally i see it as a waste of $

  4. In Ecuador 30K investment will get you a residence and later a citizeship. You can put it as a cd, banks or credit unions pay 3 to 6% in dollars and they are insured by the government up to certain amount.

  5. St kitts is also quite good. They allow a lot of visa free travel.Dominica is very under developed. St lucia has a serious crime problem so I recommend st kitts. Anyways love your channel buddy and I'm sending you good vibez from Trinidad and Tobago

  6. The St.Lucia Citizenship for 100,000 US Dollars sounds a reasonable deal. But when does this offer end, I read that the offer to buy St.Lucian citizenship for 100,000 US Dollars end at the end of March 2017, is this true?
