Saint Kitts and Nevis has already issued over 11,000 passports to foreign investors, and the CBI program keeps drawing the attention of high net worth individuals from all over the world.
According to Saint Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Timothy Harris, the country’s CBI program introduced a new investment option on March 31, 2018. The amount of investment in real estate remains unchanged – $400,000 – but it can now be divided between the two main applicants. In this case, the applicants can resell it in 7 years.
In this video, we’ll talk about the investment in Saint Kitts and Nevis real estate and answer the question if it’s profitable to invest in real estate in the first place. We’ll also take you through the current situation on the real estate market, name the government-approved projects and the number of issued passports.
