  1. Don't bother coming to Portugal. For every tourist that comes into the country, it displaces 30 portuguese citizens.

We can't afford to buy a house (average wage pre-tax is 750EUR) as we're constantly outpriced by foreigners with much higher income.

You're not doing us any favor by coming to Portugal. In reality, tourism just makes our lives worse, so feel free to stay out or go somewhere else.

    Cheers.

  2. Awesome advice. This guy knows his stuff.
My personal favorite is Portugal. Amazing weather incredible people and culture. And the lifestyle is very western while still feeling inviting. Great for singles and for families. I love that I can have a home there but live where best feels right most of the year. That makes Portugal's Golden Visa a true ticket to ride!

  3. Perfectly summed up the regulation changes! My company actually offers a Portugal golden visa program with a rental yield, which is quite rare. DM me on insta to learn more @thefintechadvisor

  4. I am portuguese and this is a great programme, but we have a socialist party rulling 19 of last 26 years, so be careful with that, because they are ruining this amazing country.

Saying that, who has money, this is a Paradise 😎🇵🇹

PS: I know a place to construct 102 appartments less than 10 miles from Lisbon (with all licences approved). If you are interested knowing more details, say something 😉

  5. Will Ibiza be changing any news on golden visa's ? In the near future ? Or will 500.000Euro for a property still be ok in 2022 ? I am wanting to move there and purchase a property to get slowly residence . thanks in advance if you reply 😉

  6. Ok 1 question, if all your wealth is in Crypto and you need to buy real-estate in order to qualify for tax status in say Portugal how do you pay for your real estate without incuring tax at the time you cash in your crypto. Seems like a chike and egg situation or am I missing something. In NZ I would have to pay 39% tax on large sums taken out of my holding.

  7. Hi Andrew. You have been mentioning Portugal a few times in your videos lately.. How about Portuguese citizens? What is in your view on the best second passport for Portuguese citizens? Thanks

  8. Both my parents are Portuguese citizens and I’ve been wanting to become one as well for a few months now is this something I have to worry about? Because we’ve been talking about getting land there also

  10. Does anyone have any idea if Portugal’s favourable cryptocurrency tax laws will remain unchanged in 2021? I know there was/is some concern that Portugal could change their crypto tax policies at any point.

  11. Beginning to really take home the phrase "go where you're treated best." As a white heterosexual male who is Christian by acculturation, I can assure anyone viewing this comment the United States pretty much wants wants me extinct. Definitely looking to move from this hostile, hateful country

  12. Andrew, I would like to see you do a video on living in Europe without living in the EU. Please talk about the alternatives to these ridiculous EU Residencies and Visas and Citizenships.
