No Citizenship from These Residence Permits

While many second residence programs can lead to a cheap second passport in a few years, not every residence permit leads to citizenship. While some countries claim that they naturalization legal residents, not all actually do. These countries don’t follow the letter of the law:

  1. Andrew , do you provide any services for people looking to find the location of missing and exploited children. I would love to know how I can contact you directly with my request. I believe it may intrigue you.

  2. The one thing I will say regarding someone questioning you on the Uruguayan things , a lot and I mean a lot of South Americans don’t even know the benefits of the mercosur agreement. Easiest thing is get Brazilian or Argentine citizenship and you can pretty much do everything a EU citizen can do in Europe just in South America. I tell my friends in Colombia brazil Argentina Uruguay all the time about their mercosur benefits and most have no idea. But they get defensive when a outsider kinda knows more about their laws and exceptions than they do. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  3. andrew do you still help your client for montenegro, if montenegro doesn't really follow their law on cbi? im now confuse if montenegro will really give citizenship to those who will invest/buy realestate.

  4. Just got my Uruguayan residency card. I have a job and income here and although it took some time for them to approve it, I was told it was an easy decision. Yes, things here are getting harder and waits are longer, I'm told. Residency and certainly citizenship are a function of how central Uruguay is to your life.

  5. This is my 4th year in Malta. One more to go for the Permanent Residence then 6 years for the Passport. I don't really need it as I am EU citizen however I see myself staying due to the opportunities in my industry (aviation) so why not aiming at getting the passport as an insurance.

Your thoughts pls and could you provide specifics about the challenges and real cases, interviews etc.

  6. What about the Brazil 🇧🇷 permanent residence via birth tourism? My #1 option I’m considering to replace my US passport. I spent some time in Uruguay 🇺🇾 last September and really enjoyed my experience. Very calm country. A place I could see myself spending 4-6 months a year and possibly raising children.

Would the time I spend waiting in Brazil for permanent residence and citizenship (1-3 years I would assume) be better spent in just Uruguay?

  7. The Dominican Republic does. I live here. It just depends on which residency. You can do an investor residency to citizenship in 6 months, you can do the pension route or just the monthly income.

  8. Is that 100% cotton shirt Andrew? Do they have it in white too? I can attest to this. Same thing not many people know that if you are born in England you do not get their citizenship.
